Seattle/King County Economic Development Council.I have also enjoyed representing Renton on a regional level in the following capacities: Additionally, I was very honored to be elected 20 Council President by my council colleagues. Projects I’m particularly proud of include the development of the Meadow Crest Accessible playground, the creation of the Center of Hope day center for homeless women and children, and the Redevelopment of the Sunset neighborhood in the Renton Highlands.
Since being elected, I have worked with my council colleges and city staff to make Renton an even more wonderful place to live, work, learn and play. As a councilmember, I have spent the past twelve years listening to and advocating for what is really important to the citizens of Renton.
It has been my honor to serve the people, businesses and neighborhoods of Renton. I am very excited to be running for re-election to the Renton City Council this year.
